- INTELNEC.EXE
-
- This small program tells you whether you have an INTEL 8088/86 or an
- NEC V20/30 cpu installed in your computer. It makes use of a macro
- published in the Micro Systems Journal of Dec 85. The macro simply
- executes a "SET1 0,CX" instruction. This instruction will cause the
- V20 or V30 to set the first bit of CX. An 8088/86, however, will
- "POP CS" instead. The program detects this and issues an appropriate
- message.
